EastEnders Star Micah Balfour Announces Partner Nat’s Pregnancy with Their First Child

The celebrity posted his good news to Instagram.

Star of the BBC serial opera EastEnders Micah Balfour, who portrays Junior Knight, has revealed that he and his partner, Nat, are expecting a child.

Earlier this year, Micah, 46, joined the cast as the estranged son of George Knight, the proprietor of a tavern. Junior has settled fairly well after coming to Walford. He had an affair with Cindy Beale, his father’s ex-wife, then slept with Bianca Jackson practically shortly after.

Micah portrayed Jermaine Bailey in Emmerdale and PC Benjamin Gayle on The Bill before joining the cast of EastEnders.

Behind the scenes, Micah had some good news to share. On Saturday, August 3, he announced on Instagram that his five-year partner, 33-year-old Nat, is expecting their first child.

Micah appears in EastEnders as Junior.

Micah shared an image of several baby goods and a baby ultrasound, writing, “So we have some exciting news..” A placard with the words “We’re expecting Baby Balfour February 2025” was among the objects in the photo.

Nat sent a message on Instagram, saying, “We’ve been keeping a little secret… our best adventure yet!!!” Due in February 2025.

Soap stars congratulate Micah and Nat on baby news

Mollie Rainford, a screen sister, wished Micah well on his announcement.

Former and current co-stars were quick to congratulate the couple on their joyful news in the comments section beneath Micah’s post.

Eden Taylor-Draper, an actress from Emmerdale who co-starred with the actor in scenes as Jermaine Bailey on the ITV serial opera, tweeted, “Congratulations!”

“Wohoooooooooo xx,” said Andrew Lancel, who had an appearance on The Bill across from Micah.

Molly Rainford, who plays Anna Knight on television, added many vibrant heart emojis in the meanwhile.

“Well done,” Louisa Lytton, a former cast member of The Bill and EastEnders, commented.

In Micah’s most recent scenes, Junior and Cindy argued while George was on the verge of learning about their relationship. Last night, Wednesday, August 14, he and his father were fighting, and Cindy cowered down in the bedroom, afraid that a furious Junior might reveal their secret.
