Sarah was found to have Fanconi anemia, a rare hereditary illness that progressed to leukemia.

Actually, Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn), Cain’s son, was the one who had done it.

Unfortunately for Harry, Charity was able to murder him in order to save Mackenzie, therefore his plot failed.
