Fans of Emmerdale will be devastated to learn that the show has revealed Piper’s death after Tom King’s attack.
Fans are devastated to learn of the demise of Piper, the cherished dog on Emmerdale.
Watchers will recall how long-term mental abuse and manipulation of his wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) by Tom King (James Chase) is a memorable scene. But Belle just had the will to dissolve their union.
Tom has been making several extravagant attempts to woo her back even after they split up. Belle has no idea that Tom has secretly placed cameras throughout her house to watch her every action.
The evil Tom descended to new heights in Friday’s (August 16) episode when he assaulted Belle’s beloved puppy Piper. The altercation took place at the Woolpack on Sam’s (James Hooton) birthday.
Tom became enraged when Belle refused to back down and told him that she would rather he not participate in her family’s celebrations. The Express claims that he grabbed her wrists and started to threaten her.
As the rest of the Dingle family overheard Belle’s lash out, she demanded that he leave right away. Tom quickly left, mortified, but things soon became more than a little uncomfortable.
Tom saw the naive Piper when he got to Wishing Well Cottage later. In a startling scenario, he purposefully turned his automobile in the direction of the dog.
A terrified Tom was shown racing back to the town with Piper wrapped in a blanket in the episode’s closing moments, acting as though he was worried about the dog he had just run over with his automobile. Belle saw Tom as she was leaving the bar, and he promised to do all in his power to support Piper.
Seeing this upsetting scenario has people really worried about Piper’s safety. Unfortunately, the future doesn’t seem bright for the cherished dog.
A scene from Monday’s episode (August 19) that Metro was able to view shows Belle and Tom making their way back to the town, with Belle clearly disturbed by the terrible experience. He then suggests that Belle move in with him, but it appears that she suddenly realizes that Tom struck Piper.
“It was you! You’ve killed her!” she screams at Tom, furious. Tom was surprised since he had not expected her to assume he was involved in the event.
