Emmerdale Fans React with ‘You Can’t’ as ITV Soap Bosses Provide Update

Fans of the venerable ITV soap opera have expressed their dissatisfaction.

Viewers of Emmerdale responded quickly to an update sent on social media by the ITV soap opera’s executives. As viewers of the venerable show are aware, Matty Barton was recently embroiled in an altercation that changed his life.

Having passed his driving test, Samson Dingle and his new friend Josh were ready to celebrate when they got to HOP. However, after a fight, Matty told Josh and Samson to leave the property. An irate and humiliated Josh then made his way back inside to reprimand Matty, with Samson following him.

The situation rapidly got out of hand when Josh threatened to give Matty the money in the till. After Josh threw Samson into Matty, the knife in Matty’s hand stabbed him. Josh then lied about what had transpired, leading to Matty’s arrest and subsequent sentencing to jail.

However, Samson has now got his day in court after mustering the bravery to confront Josh. Lydia Dingle arrived at the Woolpack bearing some unfavorable news, while Amelia Spencer fretted over what would become of her baby’s biological father.

Following the end credits, Emmerdale executives released a few stills featuring actor Sam Hall from his nearly 15 years in the serial opera. Samson was given a four-year jail sentence. Sam was heard saying in a video clip: “I’d like to thank everyone who’s been with me, cast and crew, over the last 15 years. It’s been a great storyline.”

And maybe we’ll run across Samson once again. I’ll see you later. The caption on the Instagram photo said, “You’ll be missed, Sam!” Several admirers quickly left comments, with Carol saying: “I hope Samson comes back.” “I hope you have a good future,” to which Gaynor replied, “No, you can’t go!”

Shelley said, “Wish they had given you a better exit & hopefully you’ll be back xx” “It’s unbelievable that you left Emmerdale,” Becky said. I shall miss you and wish you well in the future. I hope to see you again in the future.” The statement “Can’t believe I’m saying this but I miss him already” was made by @bejosista.

Since November 2009, actor Sam has played Samson, succeeding Charlie Pell as the fourth actor to play the role. We have reached out to ITV for a response.
