Next week, Samson Dingle from Emmerdale will be in more problems and his future in the village will be in jeopardy as he is arrested for assault and faces a plea hearing.

Sam Hall’s character Samson Dingle from Emmerdale is going to have further upheaval in the next episodes as his future in the town is in jeopardy. The adolescent has encountered difficulty ever since he became friends with neighborhood troublemaker Josh Cope, portrayed by Osian Morgan.

Fans of the ITV soap opera will remember that while Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) was on duty, Samson and Josh were involved in a heist at The Hide. Things swiftly got out of hand.

After a dispute that resulted in Samson getting accidently stabbed, he wrongly accused Matty of assaulting him on purpose, which caused a breach in the Dingle family. After a traumatic period in incarceration, Samson eventually came clean, clearing Matty’s record and gaining his freedom.

But since Samson protected Josh from any consequences, his big deception has put him in legal hot water. Samson will find out what is next for him in the upcoming week, according to the Express.

In the next episodes, Matty’s mother Moira (Natalie J. Robb) makes it apparent that she still holds grudges toward Samson in spite of his efforts to make amends.

However, Samson finally musters the bravery to face bully Josh. When their son goes too far and attacks Josh, his parents, Lydia (Karen Blick) and Sam (James Hooton), are appalled.

When the police arrive at The Woolpack to take Samson into custody for his most recent transgression, Moira is unable to contain her happiness at the result.

But her response makes her husband Cain Dingle (played by Jeff Hordley) wonder if she was involved in Samson’s apprehension.

Daisy Campbell’s character, Amelia Spencer, is waiting nervously for word from Samson’s plea hearing later in the week at The Woolpack. She worries a great deal about what may happen to her daughter Esther if her biological father is convicted.

When Lydia enters the room with news from the court, the Woolpack quiets down. Will Lydia declare that Samson has left the village? Is he free, or what?
